Store Policies​

 

Shipping

Shipping is either by USPS or FedEx and is calculated at the time of checkout. If you have special shipping requests, it may be possible to accommodate, but you must contact us prior to purchase.

Returns, exchanges and store credit

Merchandise returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item unless approval was agreed upon via email correspondence. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, J&H Winds will refund your order minus all shipping/handling charges and any restocking fees. Restocking fees are utilized to cover fees associated with the sale as well as the time to process the return. All refunds will be paid by the method of purchase or store credit. If store credit is chosen, J&H Winds will waive the restocking fee on that specific transaction, but you will still be responsible for shipping costs.

All items priced up to $1000 are subject to a restocking fee up to 10%. Items priced above $1000 are subject to a restocking fee up to 5%. Each restocking fee is assessed and evaluated per individual transactions and will be clearly marked in the return authorization email correspondence. 

 

Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition, damaged, or accessory items in which the security seal or factory shrink wrap has been broken (ie: reeds, cork grease, mouthpiece patches etc). Items modified by the customer, such as instruments or mouthpieces, are not eligible for any refund. In the rare instance that an error was made when filling your order, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will arrange to have a replacement package sent out as soon as your item arrives.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any parties determined to be abusing this return policy are subject to restrictions or suspension of return privileges.

Cancellations

If an item has not shipped, the purchase can be cancelled, but the buyer will be responsible for any processing fees incurred by J&H Winds.

 

Out-of-stock

We strive to keep the website up to date with stock, but occasionally something will be out of stock. You will be notified if the item is out of stock and have the option to wait for it or to cancel the purchase with no penalty.

Warranty

Our Restoration + Optimization comes with a one year warranty on all work performed. Warranties are only valid for instruments that have not been abused or otherwise neglected. Warranties do not cover repair work done by other parties. Every Restoration + Optimization includes a $100 credit towards your first COA if used within 12 months.​

Privacy Policy​

J&H Winds respects your privacy and because we do require that you provide us with personal information in order to process your transaction such as: name, address, phone number, credit card, email, etc., this information will not be traded, sold or otherwise dispersed in any reason other than to carry out your transaction. Furthermore, we do not store payment information of any kind.
